Product Operations Manager (gTech Ads)

The gTech Ads team plays a critical role in Google's success, supporting sales teams, advertisers, and products that enhance business growth potential by consistently providing scalable product solutions and reliable information based on efficient, consultative analysis, and timely communications.
The Product Operations Manager collaborates with product management, engineering and sales, to proactively improve the serviceability of Ads products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps, and consolidating product feedback. We are the single point of accountability within gTech to our product and sales counterparts for the success of the product lifecycle end -to-end.
Responsibilities
- Project manage alpha/beta trials, provide alpha implementation support and create support guides.
- Compile serviceability assessments to identify gaps and provide feedback to product and engineering.
- Build escalation paths and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and build supporting business case to product and engineering.
- Drive global feature prioritization, process improvements, and tools requirements to improve product serviceability.
- Develop effective partnerships with multiple stakeholders to gather product feedback and to drive insights to product and engineering teams.
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of work experience with 3 years of product commercialization support experience and/or project management experience.
Preferred qualifications
- BA/BS degree from Computer Science or related field.
- Proven ability to interface with Product Management/Engineering teams and partner closely with other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of programming.
- Knowledge of advertising market or online ads landscape.
- Comfort with a fast-paced and fast-changing environment. Ability to influence people to contribute to the project.
- Strong communication skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
