Support Specialist, gTech Ads

The Global Support team in gTech plays a critical role in Google's success, supporting sales teams, advertisers, and products that enhance business potential by consistently providing scalable product solutions, reliable information based on efficient, consultative analysis, and timely communications. Alongside our support and troubleshooting work, we collaborate with sales and other operational stakeholders to focus on developing innovative, scalable support solutions that effectively serve our growing customer base. You will act as a critical means of support for sales teams and our customers, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and improving it all the time.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from sales teams and Google's advertisers.
- Manage sales and customer inquiries by live chat, tickets, and other channels.
- Develop training materials and documentation.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in customer support, sales, technical support, account or campaign management. Demonstrated experience with technical troubleshooting and resolving customer queries.
- Knowledge of ad serving basics. Knowledge of computer languages such as HTML, JavaScript.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate others around you.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
