Software Development Advisor



Role Responsibilities

Will be lead person for the AMS team will be require to work from customer location in Ireland and shall be able to lead both teams - Dell and Customer organization. Shall have capability of working on high severity incidents and handling escalations. Resource will be required to lead service design and service introduction practice. Shall be able to guide team functionally/technically and suggest improvements.



Requirements



Job description includes:

1. 12+ IT Experience with 10+ year application service (24X7) management and service delivery experience

2. Multi-location / remote team management experience

3. Major incident / escalation handling capability

4. Expert level ITIL awareness to lead service design and service introduction practice

5. SME level exposure in Retail banking

6. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer facing skills



Preferences

  • Graduate / Post graduate with good communication skills

  • Banking domain knowledge will be advantage

  • Technical exposure in Client Server, Web, Mobility, Databases, Architecture, Solution Designing
