ADP Employer Services GmbH provides payroll, HCM and outsourcing services to support customer’s workforce strategy in one or multiple countries. We are offering the position Technical Engineer (Java) for our Shared Service Center in Bucharest.

Main Tasks
• Support
• Qualification and forwarding of service requests in a ticketing system
• Ticket solving and user support on application and infrastructure level
• Situational identification, analysis and diagnostics of technical problems by phone, mail or remote access
• Securing of pre-defined reaction times regarding issue complexity
• Administration
• Maintenance of IT systems and applications
• Deployment of applications according to ADP’s service model (staging, service owner, quality manager, etc.)
• Maintenance and Development
• Monitoring of applications (e.g. performance)
• Testing of applications according to provided test plans
• Handling of technical tasks in projects
