JOB PURPOSE: realize new programs or changes to existing programs based on specifications received from Team Leader or Italian Technical Analysts to achieve Customer requirements


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Realize new programs or changes to existing programs 
- Document the work in accordance with the methodology of development of the company
- Make Customer software solution to be compliant with standard Application
- Ensure quality and excellence
- Check constantly CRM ticketing system (Siebel) for analysts follow up and new requirements
- Tier 3 problem determination and problem solving related to the developed customizations 
- Compliance with the timing and scheduling requirements
- Release patch/kit for software change/fix of what developed 
- Update technical reference manuals related to offshoring activity
