Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.



The External Telesales Operations (ETO) team is currently looking for a Vendor Sales Manager to manage part of our outsourced Small- to Medium-sized Business (SMB) acquisitions business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of vendors and continuing our effective relationships with the country Management and Marketing teams. You will focus on the acquisitions strategy and sales execution in the SMB space, supporting local ETO management, vendor management and marketing in running a successful AdWords Sales team. You will work closely with the central Management teams in Dublin and Mountain View.



Responsibilities


  • Drive ETO customer development to meet and exceed goals.

  • Manage ETO outbound/inbound/agency business in remote locations.

  • Implement and maintain a strong business rhythm to support remote management.

  • Coach and develop the Vendor Management team towards being a self-managed organization and institute a culture of formal communication, transparency, accountability and constructive criticism.

  • Conduct quarterly analyses, deduce actionable business intelligence and formulate improvement plans.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in sales, sales management and team management.

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in contract discussions, Request for Proposal/Request for Information and business reviews.

  • Ability to conduct market level analyses to identify opportunities, and develop and execute acquisition strategy.

  • Knowledge of online advertising industry.

  • Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analyses and insights into actionable business plans.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring and leadership abilities.
