We are looking for a skilled and energetic Senior Director, Product Operations to lead our global hospitality product operations function. In this role, you will lead the program management office, release management, and shared services development teams. This role will report to the Oracle Hospitality VP of Software Development.

 

Job Description

 

  ·        Define the strategy and provide oversight for the global product operations team to include the product management, release management, and shared services development teams.

·        Develop and implement program management methodologies, ensuring alignment with overall organization strategy.

·        Interface with Development, Quality Assurance and Release teams for logistics, planning and tracking.

·       Responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing development programs/projects including resource and change management. Proactively identify potential risks/issues and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.

·        Drive multiple projects across multiple Application releases at any given time which can span from small to large scale.

·        Build a culture of rapid innovation and collaboration, mentoring managers and individual contributors across the organization and build strong bridges with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

·        Drive leaders and engineering managers to adopt processes and strategies to develop and innovative faster; coach engineers to challenge assumptions and think differently.

·        Deliver secure, high quality, well tested and scalable software to meet the functional and scheduling requirements of the roadmap.

·        Collaborate and work effectively with product architects, engineers, product managers, quality assurance and documentation teams.

·        Build and grow the team by recruiting and hiring top talent.
