VP of HCM Transformation- Midwest- Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Oracle by evangelizing HCM trends and best practices at one-to-many events in the marketplace.
- Support Oracle’s HCM Cloud messaging and product development efforts as a HCM subject matter expert.
- Blog and publish articles and research projects on behalf of Oracle.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to further client relationships and drive additional opportunities.
- Help clients translate business strategies into HR strategies. Understand client priorities and challenges and translate them to the sales team. Help clients build a business case for HCM cloud technology. Assist clients with process re-design and technology planning and implementation.
- Client support pre, during and post sale of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Provide complimentary consulting to clients in area(s) of subject matter expertise.
- Work closely with Oracle’s SI (system’s implementation) partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in HR
- Must be a former CHRO or direct report of CHRO (VP Shared Services, VP Talent, VP HRIS, VP Recruiting)
- Must have a strong network in the North American HR Community
- Must have experience and comfort level presenting to senior and large audiences
- Experience at one or more recognizable brand companies
- Knowledge of the HCM Cloud market (Oracle, SAP, Workday, CSOD, SumTotal, IBM/Kenexa)
- Preferred - Experience as an Oracle customer
- Preferred – A few years of HR consulting experience. Bulk of experience should be as an internal practitioner.
- BA/BS Degree at a minimum – advance degree preferred
