The Partner Audit Manager is a key position, responsible for auditing Salesforce Partners to verify compliance with partnership terms. This role's key objectives are to identify Partners who are out of compliance with their contract and implement processes and systems to ensure prompt identification of breaches. This position requires strong analytical skills, aptitude for critical thinking, excellent time management, and prioritization capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with Partner Account Managers, Partner Operations, and Legal, all working towards the shared goal of ensuring full compliance of Salesforce Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Salesforce Partners are distributing their application and submitting orders compliant with their partnership contract
- Identifying apps not under contract that are actively being distributed without a formal Salesforce partnership agreement
- Defining and implementing scalable processes using technology to proactively identify partners out of compliance
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3+ years work experience in a related role and comparable responsibilities
- Sales Operations, Audit or Compliance experience highly preferred
- Experience creating and implementing new business processes using technology
- Understanding of SaaS and PaaS technology, revenue, and licensing model
- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills
