The Added Value Services (AVS) division is the entrepreneurial test-ground for ADP, featuring those "beyond payroll" services that offer clients unique opportunities to maintain compliance with ever-changing legislation, improve process efficiencies and drive growth. AVS is one of ADP's fastest-growing business units and we are in search of top talent to enhance our winning formula.



The business is expected to scale quickly, to $100+ million revenue, based on imminent deadlines for Healthcare Reform compliance requirements for employers and interest in ADP solutions/assistance. Clients will span the full range of ADP businesses and technology platforms, including ‘stand-alone' clients with ERP solutions, with broadest interest expected within mid- and large-market organizations.



Basic Function



The Health Compliance Regulatory Compliance Specialist will provide:




  • Comprehensive Tier 3 regulatory compliance support and superior client service for all aspects of Healthcare Reform and ADP Health Compliance needs.

  • This person will manage and enforce overall healthcare reform policy as it relates to the Health Compliance program and federal and state exchanges (37 in total) around compliance and regulation laws.

  • Fully resolve all Tier 3 questions and issues while ensuring that we consistently leverage a closed loop resolution process.

  • Consistently monitors open cases to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.

  • Manage client interactions according to corporate standards and guidelines.

    Experience, Skills, Academic:



    Special Accountability



    Position requires that individual obtain and maintain certification for the ACA Health Compliance program and is familiar with the various ADP client systems. This person must be a critical thinker and understand contact resolution and possess the ability to work independently with minimal direction.



    Qualifications



    1. Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.



    2. Experience: 3+ years ADP (or industry) experience that includes: broad exposure to and/or knowledge of ADP National Account Clients; understanding of payroll systems and benefits practices, and applications and client systems; strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance practices; exposure to ADP Payroll systems and regional practices (i.e., Autopay, ProB, OBA, HWSE, Vantage, SAP, and PeopleSoft).



    3. Generic Skills: Strong leadership and oral and written communication skills. Ability to function effectively and comfortably at all levels within the ADP organization. Must have strong client facing skills and the ability to work independently with little management/guidance. Strong presentation, analytical and creative thinking abilities are required. Must be able to learn new systems, processes, and products quickly and have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
