Search & Staffing is the fastest-growing division within LinkedIn Talent Solutions. This group sells LinkedIn solutions to professional recruitment (aka Staffing) firms around the world. We’re looking for high-energy, driven sales professionals to join our SMB (small & medium business) team within the Search & Staffing group.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients in North America
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
- Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
- Listen to the needs of the market and share with Product and Marketing team
Requirements:
- Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
- Capable of developing compelling strategies that deliver results. Gathers and uses data to inform decision making and persuade others.
- Ability to include multiple partners and members of the Company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
- Strong negotiating skill
- Accurate forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close SMB business in an evangelistic sales environment. Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
- Recruitment media, recruiting, or staffing industry experience highly desired.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of applicable experience.
- Experience with SaaS & Salesforce platform a plus. Established reputation as a high-integrity top performer.
