Supplier Development Strategist (供应商开发战略顾问)

You will be part of SQE PMO (program management office) with high visibility within Dell's Global WWP and SQE leadership team. Work is typically organized around project-based engagements and you will be responsible for:
· Driving strategic initiatives for the SQE organization along with a group of analysts or cross function stakeholders
· Collection, synthesis, and communication of analytics and insights to drive strategies and decision making for management.
· Leading junior analysts and engineers, responsible for work streams under a strategy project
· Working with team members and cross function team to shape and drive strategic agendas
· Typical strategy projects may involve but not limited to the following topics
· Optimize supplier management/ governance tool kits.
· Improve supplier engagement model
· Innovatively enhance supplier relationship
· Improve supplier capability
· Analyze key industry/technology trends and come up with recommendations to executives
· Program manage key initiatives and drive results
You should be comfortable with a fast-paced dynamic environment, be able to clearly and concisely communicate recommendations and conclusions with the support of detailed analysis and sources, and may be asked to regularly participate in cross-functional teams in support of initiatives throughout the organization.
The team will have frequent exposure to WWP management team and cross function stakeholders including Operations, Engineering and ID.
Qualifications :
Key skills required include:
· Distinctive problem solving leadership and analytical thinking
· Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization and able to gain respect of cross functional organization
· Excellent communication and synthesizing skills of both written and verbal
· Strong leadership skills and an ownership mindset
Experience:
· 2-3 years management consulting experiences with management consulting firms after a MBA / advanced degree
· Or 4-5 years in either project management team or internal strategy team with extensive strategy experience
· Demonstrated successes in strategy development projects
· Operations knowledge / experience in high tech industry is a plus
