Dell Commerce Services Group (DCSG) builds and operates the global Dell Commerce Platform that powers Dell.com, which receives over 1 billion page views per year, across 150 countries and is Google’s more than 1 million times per day. DCSG provides its customers a cohesive branded experience across Consumer, Channel, Premier, eSupport and Offline Sales.



DCS is now hiring an eCommerce Product Manager to join their Commercial Product Unit. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the defining requirements for future Premier.Dell.com capabilities features, and functions to support Dell’s Online strategy.



Dell's Online Commercial Products span from Premier.dell.com, PremierConnect (B2B) Global Portal and Channel. Specifically, you’ll be charged with the vision, defining and driving new capabilities to increase key business metrics and overall customer satisfaction with the Site.



This is a key role in the DCS program, with many stakeholders including both internal business partners, sales reps, technology teams and Dell Commercial customer base.



Specific responsibilities include:

- Define long-term product roadmap while identifying key opportunities and strategic partnerships,

- Develop deep domain expertise, building competitive landscape awareness, and provide consulting on best practices and emerging trends

- Provide subject matter expertise for the assigned online capabilities area(s) (Online configuration, product services, etc) and drive for long term roadmap recommendations

- Ensure that business and customer interests are represented, and that online product engineering is aligned on those needs

- Drive need and priority throughout the software development lifecycle.



QualificationsMandatory Requirements:



- 5+ years relevant experience



- Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements (written samples will be requested)

- Advanced functional knowledge of online content, commerce and portal systems

- Strong communication and partnering skills

- Project management

- Customer focus

- Proven leadership

- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced e-business environment



Preferred Requirements:



- Ability to work cross functionally in order to achieve desired results

- Global project experience preferred

- Experience with Agile practices preferred



- Experience in UX and usability highly desired
