Agency Sales Executive

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.



This position is a new business acquisition role that will focus on the northern territory of China.



Responsibilities


  • Identify sales prospects and respond to customer requests.

  • Secure new AdWords clients by presenting customized online marketing solutions.

  • Work closely with campaign builders and account management team to ensure clients achieve their advertising goals.

  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively and develop strategy for sustained success.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of client-facing experience in online advertising industry within advertising agencies, ad networks or advertising technology companies.

  • Experience presenting to senior-level executives.

  • Ability to speak and write English and Cantonese fluently and idiomatically.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and creatively solve problems.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and to make well-reasoned and timely decisions.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and good time management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities.
