Third Party Operations Program Manager

Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.



We are looking for a Third Party Operations Program Manager to join our team within the Global Third Party Operations (3PO) group. Third Party Operations is one of the fastest growing operations in the world. The Program Manager will wear multiple hats, dealing with internal (Google employees) and external stakeholders (3rd party vendors). The work undertaken can change frequently, dealing with facilities related areas, to developing Statements of Work.



Responsibilities


  • Create, negotiate, maintain, and monitor agreements with vendors (Service Level Agreements, Statements of Work, and Inbound Services Agreements).

  • Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions and recommendations.

  • Review monthly/quarterly business presentations from vendors.

  • Develop and prepare project documentation, identify relevant metrics, improve processes and track project details.

  • Build positive relationships and trust through strong on-time delivery of projects and high quality work with both internal and external stakeholders.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in the Contact Center/Business Process Outsourcing industry.

  • Relevant experience in contracts management, procurement, vendor management, or similar role.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • Complete understanding of the outsourcing lifecycle in the contact center/business process outsourcing industry.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management of complex projects with multiple contributors.

  • Ability to deal with a fast-phase work environment often having to change priorities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
