Sales Ops Manager, Marketing Solutions (Sales Excellence)

The Sales Excellence Manager will play an important role in shaping our rapidly growing Marketing Solutions Business. We're looking for high energy, hardworking candidates with exceptional quantitative, communication, and project management skills. The role will be focused on enabling our world-class field sales team to be as productive as possible by:
- Identifying & tracking drivers of sales excellence through data driven insights
- Providing visibility to Sr. Leadership & developing recommendations on how to close gaps
- Designing and operationalizing sales excellence programs to transform our Global Field Sales team that result in disciplined, compliant, scalable and optimized practices across the global field sales organization
- Partnering closely with Sr. Leadership around the world to drive adoption & leadership for these programs
- Leading our global account planning process & evolving the process, tools & frameworks used by our sales teams
- Assessing and measuring impact of these programs on sales skills and business results
- Coordinating with Sales Effectiveness team to provide data driven input & direction into our sales training calendar
- Driving management decision-making & program development by deriving analytics and insights from our CRM, Finance and Ad Serving systems
- Driving system improvements & streamlining sales processes to support sales excellence
Skills:
- MBA or advance degree preferred (or can be compensated with additional work experience)
- 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking
- 2+ years of experience in the media industry OR working in or directly supporting sales teams
- Additional experience leading sales training or change management programs a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross function teams towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
Able to move seamlessly from big picture thinking to operational tactics
