About the Role
The Solutions Architect role is part of the LinkedIn Technical Consulting team. The mission of this role is to drive customer success with LinkedIn Talent Solutions products through technical integrations and business solutions. You will be responsible for technical presales activities, requirements gathering, systems architecture, implementation and support, and final delivery to the clients. This is a cross functional role and will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Platform, Business Development, and Enterprise Support.
About the Team
The LinkedIn Technical Consulting team is a part of the larger LinkedIn Customer Success Organization. This team is responsible for ensuring LinkedIn customers and partners are successful with all aspects of the LinkedIn Talent Solutions platform and services. We are currently seeking entrepreneurial and technical professionals who can lead successful customer engagements, contribute to internal cross functional initiatives, and continue to enhance team best practices.
Responsibilities:
● Lead technical customer pre-sales discussions/engagements as they relate to integration solutions with the LinkedIn Talent Solutions platform.
● Own and manage customer engagements through the entire implementation, delivery and support lifecycle.
● Manage technical partner relationships and continue to build on top of existing integrations and processes.
● Partner with different internal cross functional groups to communicate/escalate customer technical issues, help drive/influence product roadmap decisions based on customer/partner feedback, and implement internal tools/solutions to help demonstrate product value propositions.
● Develop and deliver on-going internal sales training and education of Talent Solutions products and services.
● Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices. Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert. Develop and maintain centralized content for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
● 3 to 5 years as a technical consultant leading technical pre-sales discussions and implementing/delivering complex business requirements
● Demonstrated experience with one or more web technologies or frameworks, including: REST, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, OAuth, XML, JSON
● Hands-on experience implementing and working with SaaS Enterprise Applications. CRM, Marketing Automation, HRIS and TA application are a plus.
● Ability to translate technical topics and discussions into simple and meaningful stories for a given audience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability with respects to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects
● Prior Big 4 consulting experience is a plus.
● BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience highly desired
