The EMEA M&A HR team are accountable for leading and programme managing the HR integration of acquired employees’ into Oracle EMEA. We are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR transition from engagement through to Legal Entity Combination including Due Diligence, Consultation, Communications and Job Mapping.
This is achieved working in partnership with the Regional HR Teams and collaboration with the cross functional integration teams at Oracle and the acquired company.
In this role the intern will be required to Support the EMEA M&A deal lead in all aspects of the HR transition from engagement through to Legal Entity Combination including Due Diligence, Consultation, Communications and Job Mapping. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. The successful intern will interface with internal Oracle tools and systems, including those specifically designed for M&A.
