Candidate will be responsible for establishing best in class Programs office within Salesforce University, becoming an integral part of driving success across enablement and training parts of the organization.



Responsibilities:

· Create replicable end-to-end programs implementation process, including: design, stakeholders management, cross-functional dependencies resolution, training, change management and communications

· Research, design, and specify program and process design for both training and enablement functions, working with a broad group of stakeholder across the entire company, including Sales Business Units, CSG, Alliances, Product Clouds and Salesforce U senior leadership

· Manage the scope, schedule, and resources of key initiatives. Ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked and all stakeholders are informed in a timely manner

· Anticipate next steps and identify/make tradeoffs to balance stakeholders needs and resources constraints

· Identify and track cross-functional dependencies. Develop and drive workable solutions to problems by analyzing business trade-offs among alternatives

· Lead creation of success criteria; socialize and drive support within Salesforce University and stakeholders communities

· Convert diverse group of stakeholder requirements and feedback into a programs vision and plan

Requirements:



· Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree

· Program leadership with ability to see end-to-end process and drive to resolution

· Experience in program/project management with proven success in managing to metrics, and timelines and budget

· Attention to detail, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Excellent facilitation and communication skills

· Intuitive ability to see the big picture and how current tactical skills will impact future outcomes

· Passion for getting things done
