Group Marketing Manager - Industry & Customer Engagement, Marketing Solutions

As our lead for Industry and Customer engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our rapidly growing Marketing Solutions business.
In this role, you will be a leader within the Global Marketing team and drive the strategy and execution for our engagements within the advertising industry and for our priority audience segments. Our audience strategy spans verticals, agencies, 1-to-1 C-level engagements and finding our voice in the broader industry. In this role, you will lead our major global industry engagements including our investment in CES and the Cannes Advertising festival in addition to leading the engagements specific to North America. In this role, you will also drive partnership with the key advertising industry associations ensuring we have the right presence and engagement to achieve our goals.
We're looking for a high energy, passionate professional with exceptional audience marketing go-to-market execution, communication, and project management skills. This is a cross-functional leadership role. You will drive end-to-end strategy and execution across a broad range of global stakeholders from marketing communications, field sales and agency teams and external partners. Events are a primary but not sole tactic for execution in this role. As a leader, you will drive the brand activation and be a key ambassador and partner to external industry groups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the industry and customer engagement strategy and create the roadmap for execution in North America and at major global industry events
- Determine the right level of budget and resource allocation per engagement to maximize impact and return
- Drive the engagement and event experience, delighting our customers and prospects
- Partner with sales teams to drive alignment on program investments and objectives
- Manage a team of 3-4 marketing professionals to drive programs and results
- Measure the return and impact of all engagements
- Build a presence at the leadership team level in the Marketing Solutions business unit
Requirements:
- 10-12+ years of marketing experience, to include experience with digital/online advertising, event execution, social media, advertising technology
- Strong knowledge and connections within advertising industry
- Strong experience executing and navigating major events and important industry groups
- High interest and understanding of online advertising and social media marketing
- Solution-oriented with ability to structure and simplify complex issues
- Strong ability to prioritize and deliver results within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly effective as a cross-functional leader and stakeholder
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
