Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline in a highly transactional environment; speak with a minimum of 30 new prospects a month

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level

  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts

  • Operate with integrity in a member and customer first environment

  • Listen to the needs of the client and be able to consult on best set of LI solutions to deliver on needs


Skills:


  • Analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers

  • Ability to include multiple partners and members of the Company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors

  • Ability to identify prospective buyers and compel them into conversation with the right messaging

  • Accurate forecasting


Experience:


  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level enterprise business in an evangelistic sales environment. Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.

  • A minimum of eighteen months of applicable sales experience; recommended a minimum of at least twelve months in a full cycle sales role with an Average deal size of 5k. Experience with SaaS & Salesforce platform a plus. Established reputation as a high integrity top performer.
