The reporting team develops and implements the reporting and analytics necessary for the successful management of the Global Sales Operations (GSO) organization. The team focuses on multiple metric packages, covering Customer Care, Cost of Dissatisfaction, Order Processing & Fulfillment, and Net Promoter Score, among others. This critical role is responsible for helping the business identify opportunities for performance improvement at the strategic as well as tactical levels.



Key duties of the role:

• Interface with product managers and business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs


• Familiarization with data structures in the legacy SQL Server and data warehouse environments


• Develop reports in Business Objects (BOBJ) to provide globally standard reporting


• Support movement of datasets and reporting into the next generation Reporting and Analytics environment via testing and validation


• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with other team members

Qualifications



Qualifications:

• Proficiency with SQL-based queries for relational databases


• User experience with SQL Server and Teradata databases


• Development experience with SAP reporting/analytics tools: Business Objects, Explorer, Lumira


• Experience in statistical analysis or data labs
