Role & Responsibilities:


Dell is looking for Software Development Engineer who will join our team to work on the following software product line: Windows Server Management.



With the Windows Server Management software products, organization can streamline management, migration, customization, and protection of your application workloads and business data on Microsoft platforms such as Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Lync.



The candidates will work on the new feature development, automation testing and bug fixing for the products in the Windows Server Management solution.



Qualifications :


Requirements:


· Bachelor degree or above with computer science oror other related disciplines



· 2+ years" programming experience with C++, COM and RPC of application software.



· Good at Microsoft Windows technologies and platforms.



· Understand and familiar with the modern software development methodology, including Agile process, Test driven programming, SCRUM and Continuous integration



· Good object-oriented concepts in software design and coding.



· Good in oral and written English in an English working enviroment



· Good communication skills and team work spirit.



Preferences:


· Knowledge/experiences in system management on Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint platforms



· Knowledge/experiences in commercial software product release/Maintenance cycle
