LinkedIn opened its Singapore office in 2011 and now hosts circa 200 employees. Singapore is also our regional HQ for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. It is a dynamic office serving the Southeast Asia (SEA) region and we have employees from all around the world bringing vibrant cultural diversity. Due to the success of the office, the growing-need to provide local support to our global clients and service clients outside Singapore, we are excited to be expanding the team.
The Opportunity
The Global Customer Success team plays a central role in pre-sales strategy and post sales product implementation within our Global/APAC Sales Organization. We're looking for high energy, hardworking candidates with exceptional quantitative, communication, and project management skills.
The role will be focused on enabling our world-class sales team to be as successful as possible by:
• Working with Leadership to create scalable frameworks to leverage team expertise across APAC sales organization
• Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve knowledge sharing and best practices across region
• Developing executive KPI dashboards to monitor team performance
• Rolling out new products to our APAC Sales team
Your 12 week internship will enhance not only your analytical, operational and strategy skill set, but also your networking skills. During your time with us, you'll take part in training, outings, all hands meetings, and community service events all designed to give you avenues in which to meet your peers, executives and to get a comprehensive view of LinkedIn. We are deeply committed to helping you through thoughtful project work and professional training. Your first week will include company training which will give you access to professional development activities and material to help ramp you up on our businesses. In addition, we’ll offer you ongoing feedback-both formal and informal-throughout your summer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with management
• Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
• Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
• Undergraduate degree from top tier university
• Current MBA student
• Academically, you’ve shown consistent top achievement and graduated at or near the top of your class
