This exciting Intern experience will take place over a three month time period. During this time, the intern will become an integral part of the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) Sales Team. Significant time will be spent learning about our Customer Success Platform (which includes Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, Analytics and Apps products) and working with sales employees to learn how to develop, qualify and pursue revenue opportunities. Our interns are responsible for researching prospective clients, contacts, and then using the provided resources and technology to assist the Sales Development Team. We will also be looking closely at the cleanliness of the data in our own instance of salesforce and finding ways to be more effective in how we run our marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Pursing a BA/BS degree and be within 18 months of graduation
- Interest in a customer-facing or sales role
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exemplary problem solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Interest in being a part of a fast-paced sales environment
