The HCM Applications Sales Manager will drive revenue and market share for Oracle HCM solutions to a subset of the Top Oracle Enterprise accounts in North America. 5- years experience selling Saas or Human Capital Management applications into enterprise organizations.
This position is responsible for leading the sales efforts on all HCM deals.
This field-level position will be a customer-facing role in place to drive revenue and enable Oracle to maintain its credibility as an industry leader in HCM.
