Dell Boomi Partner Solution Engineer – Global System Integrator Partners, Bangalore

You will be supporting technical enablement, partner pre-sales support, and partner relationship. Your role will be of Business Development, GSI partnerships, Boomi technical solution specialist supporting global system integrator partners. Through acquisition cycle and ongoing solution support to GSIs architecture and sales, solution and delivery organizations for GSI partner customers using Dell Boomi. Responsible for opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, training and support.
In this role you will be reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering in United States.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical evangelist on behalf of Dell Boomi and the Boomi AtomSphere Platform in optimizing adoption and use of its service
- Work closely with partners to gather requirements and design complex business application and data integration solutions
- Support partner enablement and means to accelerate partner’s time to delivering the Boomi AtomSphere solution and provides pre sales support to the partner team.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Partner key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Work with the partners to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success and engaging fee-based resources as necessary.
- Recommend best practices and consultative approach for implementing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere integration platform
- Conduct workshops/webinars with the partner teams to keep them updated on new releases and best practices and evangelize Dell Boomi within the partner community.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of integration technologies, capabilities, best use and
how to deploy, including knowledge of one or more of Dell Boomi/Mulesoft/Informatica/Tibco/SoftwareAG webMethods/IBM Cast Iron - Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization, including executive and C-level - Experience dealing with large scale, technologically complex accounts, which are constantly challenging product capabilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Aptitude both for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and
for mapping business requirements to technical features - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and management clients.
- Experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships.
Qualifications- BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Professional services/ consulting, pre sales, solutioning, delivery technical account management, consulting -- ideally in Integration areas, SaaS experience desirable.
- Experience in a “customer facing” environment such as sales or technical consulting.
- Experience in indirect pre-sales support, working with channels, SI’s and business partners
