Job Description



Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Mid Level Project Acquisition Analyst to support one of our Government programs in our Washington, DC location. This position will work directly with the customer. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to establishing time lines for products to support timely responses to the Program Office, responsible for accurate status on all products (20+) that are in review at any given time, for interfacing with other departments to adjudicate comments and develop a cohesive and defensible position. .

1. Coordinating with the Deputy, Program Manager and Project lead to design schedules for the Project.

2. Manager the correspondence for any updates or new requirements for the program.

3. General knowledge of military documentation process and requirements to include key organizations is desired.

4. Tracking of all Action items and communicating updates with the Deputy, Program Manager and Project Lead.

5. Full understanding of SharePoint sites and being able to Utilize, manage and control the work flow.



The position requires access to classified information; applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret Clearance is required.



Experience

Typically requires at least 8 years relevant experience without a Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree



Specific Experience

2+ Years in Program or Acquisition Analysis

2+ in Communication Correspondence, preferred Military

2+ in Project Scheduling



Preferred understanding of Naval correspondence and experience with Surface Ships.



Education

College degree a plus.



Physical Skills

Must be able to transit to and from the client site 1 mile round trip 2 times daily.
