Join the Finance team of one of the fastest growing business units at ADP. We are looking for a motivated, pro-active team member with superior analytical and systems expertise to help drive continued growth and performance.



BASIC FUNCTION:



Develop and interpret complex financial analyses and recommend action plans to enhance financial planning/analytics and controls for the business unit.



Work as partner that provides analysis and decision support to business unit leader.



Develops models in order to improve the ability to plan and control financial and business drivers.



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



Partner with business unit managers in development of staffing models to drive monthly forecast and annual plan for headcount and expense.



Drive analysis (ad-hoc and recurring) to support growth, retention and margin enhancement opportunities



Define and develop key operational metrics, including productivity and other core KPI measures and their impact on current/future financial performance



Data mine multiple ADP and Insurance systems on a recurring and/or ad-hoc basis and synthesize into crisp fact based analysis and insight



Make recommendations on how existing processes/controls/tools could be streamlined or enhanced



Prepare and analyze monthly business unit performance, comparing actual versus forecasted, planned and historical results; meet with business leaders to discuss performance and implications of information presented in reports.



Prepare schedules to support full year plan assumptions. List all risks/opportunities to the forecast and plan and assist in the annual plan presentation to division.



Experience, Skills, Academic:

QUALIFICATIONS:



2 - 3 years as a Senior Financial Analyst with a proven proficiency in performing and leading all levels of financial analysis is required.



Expert knowledge of Excel and Hyperion Essbase is required.



Advanced knowledge of Access and SQL is preferred.



EDUCATION:



Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Advanced degree preferred.
