As a BDM in Sales function, you are responsible for the selling, outsourcing and influence System Integrator Business. You are responsible for maintaining positive on-going relationship to meet evolving needs/requirements. You are thinking about sales in a strategic way and we will expect you to see the “bigger picture”.
As a seasoned professional with a wide range of experiences, this individual uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issue in creative and effective ways.
Job Responsibilities:
• The essential responsibilities of the BDM are to work directly with System Integrators to capture sales opportunities and to work effectively across functions with other employees.
• Ongoing opportunity / Pipeline creation and management, including Revenue and cost responsibility
• Ongoing Account Plan Development
• Evaluation and Management of new Initiatives and Business Opportunities
• Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with partners and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs
• Respond to RFP’s and follow up with partners
• Provide status information to your Manager including forecast / pipeline information
• Identify Reference selling potential
• This individual effectively works with, and influences senior internal personnel within the function, employees in others functions that support the sales effort.
• Limited management supervision and direction is provided since the individual operates and drives results independently.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across function/regions.
• Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
• Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help business partner making buying decision
• Extensive years experiences in selling and particular with System Integrators
• Language will have to be French and English
• Experience which demonstrate a significant level of expertise in technical specification required to sell products and services is required
