Account Manager - Recruitment Media Solutions

Main focus of the role will be to ensure customer success with LinkedIn and identify up-sell opportunities for our key accounts in the Nordic region. Through the day-to-day management of our clients’ success on LinkedIn, you will play a pivotal role in growing our media and new product sales. In this role, you will:


  • Partner closely with sales reps to understand their clients’ hiring objectives & challenges, resulting in attaining a high score on the annual peer evaluation survey

  • Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor in development and execution of their social recruiting strategy

  • Develop customized proposals that will ensure success based on the client’s unique challenges & objectives

  • Up-sell incremental media opportunities by optimizing the performance of clients’ media solutions with the goal of reaching/exceeding media booking goals

  • Lead regular client calls to provide insights & intelligence on the performance of media campaigns

  • Act as point of contact for the sales team and clients for any media product or campaign specific questions

  • Possess a deep and up-to-date understanding of the entire hiring product portfolio

  • Manage quarterly projects working effectively with cross-functional teams to influence products, processes, etc.
