Order fulfillment and selling of products and services in high volume, low value, short cycle transactions using telephone sales.
Responsible for building sales pipeline to include prospecting of new accounts. Identify new customers for Oracle*s applications products within an assigned sales territory. Develops and executes effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers about the benefits of Oracle*s products.
Ability to understand customer*s industry and core business processes and identify problems. Ability to understand and describe how Oracle*s product solutions and features can address the business issues. Integrate with both inside and field sales reps to develop account strategy. Effective sales, marketing, and project management skills. Entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels: C-level, executive or technical audiences. Prior experience establishing account presence and building trust with key contacts. Ability to work in a team environment. Enterprise applications knowledge a plus. Advance degree a plus; i.e.: MBA. 3 - 5 years LOB experience preferred, software experience, or sales experience.
