Job Description
Responsible for Tier 2 on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, BlackBerry phones, iPads and associated peripherals, Microsoft and Windows OS's and Applications. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. End-user support skills a must.
Basic Troubleshooting and configuration skills:
Connectivity, TCP/IP v4
Active Directory
Microsoft Office Applications
Microsoft Enterprise-class Desktop Operating Systems, Windows XP
or greater "DJAM"

Desired Skills
- Certification and experience with Microsft 32-bit and 64-bit,
Enterprise-class OS's: minimum, Windows XP. Windows 7 a plus
- Certification and experience with Mac OS X v10.6 (Desktop OS) or
greater a plus
- ITIL v3 Foundation or greater a plus
- Experience working with client security certificates a plus
- PIV/Smartcard Authentication
- OS drive encryption
- Email encryption
Education
Undergraduate degree
Experience
Typically requires 4+ yrs experience without degree; 1 yr experience with Undergraduate degree
Requirements
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
