Our International Money Movement team (IMMS) is responsible for the operational management and the related process and accounting control oversight for Money Movement outside the continental United States representing the movement of $140 Billion annually of disbursements related to Client payroll funds. Our team provides an integral function here at ADP and is jointly responsible for the evolution and maintenance of the ORACLE based computer systems required to support IMM working in conjunction with the CIO / Global Product & Technology unit.



Our International Money Movement team is responsible for the operational management and the related process and accounting controls for Money Movement outside the continental United States. We are also responsible for the evolution and maintenance of the computer systems required to support IMM working in conjunction with CIO.



We are currently searching for five (5) Trust Accounting Analysts to join our team. As one of the preferred candidates your duties will include but are not limited to:



- Complete assigned Oracle General Ledger and bank account reconciliations daily and accurately, providing all supporting explanations and documentation.

- Balance Trust Accounting subsystems, namely Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, to the Trust General Ledger daily.

- Ensure all identified exceptions are described accurately, investigated and cleared on a timely basis with appropriate escalation to requisite parties.

- Maintain short-term cash forecasting model and accurately report projected cash flows to Corporate Treasury within tight deadlines on a daily basis, ensuring daily variances are within established tolerance levels.

- Ensure all funds movement associated with cash forecasting are completed and confirmed daily within required deadlines.- Monitor and balance Corporate Treasury float investment activity to the Trust General Ledger.

- Accurate monthly reporting of Trust Funds and bank balances working in conjunction with management, ADP Accounting and Corporate Financial Reporting.

- Examine current reconciliation and business processes to ensure compliance to CICA 5900 and SOX, identify internal control and audit concerns, identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations and proposals to implement and, as feasible, implement same.

- Provide support to Oracle Financials Money Movement projects as assigned including but not limited to user testing, validation of accounting flows, and completing and reviewing all associated business and testing documentation.

- Support all Money Movement initiatives, including but not limited to Money Movement monthly and annual data purging, import and export activities, and all associated ROI report validation requirements.

- Provide assistance and guidance to management, team members and other departments as required.

- Perform other team members' responsibilities as required.

- Act as liaison to Corporate Audit and other ADP business units as required.

- Complete special projects and analysis for management as assigned.



Experience, Skills, Academic: Educational Requirements:

- Completion of a recognized post-secondary education program (Finance/Accounting).

- Actively enrolled in a senior level (4 or 5) CGA/CMA program or equivalent accounting qualification with an understanding and ability to apply CICA 5900 and SOX associated principles.

- 5 or more years progressive accounting/internal control experience. Fund accounting experience an asset.

- Previous supervisory/other leadership experience an asset.

- Solid reconciliation and accounting background mandatory. Related experience in a trust/segregated funds environment an asset.

- Strong PC knowledge (Excel (including Macros), Access, Word, Monarch, etc.).

- Familiarity with Oracle Financials 12 or other similar enterprise accounting packages an asset.

- Payroll Money Movement experience an asset.

- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral.

- Detailed oriented and accurate with figures.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.- Works well under pressure.
