We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated person with strong analytical skills to join our growing Consumer Marketing Team as Marketing Analyst. This is a highly visible role within one of the fastest growing brands in consumer Internet. The role acts as an advisor to the China Consumer Marketing team, and is responsible for helping refine and solve the most important strategic and operational issues facing our team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Enable consumer marketing team to quickly assess and easily act on data insights and help optimize marketing investments and strategies
  • Build intelligent models to track and monitor key business metrics for consumer marketing activities
  • Define performance benchmarks for consumer marketing campaigns based on active communication with key stakeholders and thorough understanding on campaign objectives/mechanisms
  • Evaluate promotion channel effectiveness and user behaviors to support decision-making
  • Regularly review consumer marketing effectiveness and ROI for corrective actions to improve implementation quality

    Basic Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree and above
    • 3+ years of experience in the Internet industry, analytical role
    • Familiar with user acquisition and engagement metrics and analysis
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical skills. Ability to see beyond numbers to drive sound decision-making
    • Strong communication skills
