Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual and quarterly targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
•Work with your team and colleagues across Responsys to develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities that will enable you and your team to exceed quota.
•Work with each member of your team to develop effective solutions for and close plans for all qualified opportunities and assist as required with their execution.
•Accurately forecast sales revenue and analyze key performance indicators, trends and results.
•Work with the Worldwide Sales Leadership Team to develop and implement regional sales programs that drive performance and KPI to accelerate revenue growth.
•Recruit, manage and enhance the results of your team through regular mentoring and coaching. Develop effective close plans and regional business development initiatives.
•Maintain and promote professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies both individually and across your team.
