Job Description:
As Manager of CPG Audience Products, you will be responsible for bringing the Oracle Data Cloud CPG Audience products to market in support of the CPG product roadmap & strategy. Working closely with the rest of the CPG product, solutions, IT, Analytics, R&D, operations and sales teams, your job is to streamline and continuously enhance our offerings through products which push the industry and the CPG business forward exceeding our clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for product strategy, definition, delivery specifications, pricing, packaging and supporting documentation and promotional materials. You will also manage any vendor relationships and deliverables as they relate to your CPG products. Position is based In Westminster, CO – light travel required.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Develop and implement product strategy for your portfolio of products. Initial focus will be on feasibility and audience sizing products and processes.
· Bring CPG products to market in support of Datalogix’s CPG product strategy and roadmap.
· Work cross organizationally with analytics, data teams, technology and other product groups to further develop the CPG products – leveraging cross-company development work & plans.
· Ensure product operations and processes are in place to support delivery of your products.
· Align, Energize, and Engage with the rest of the Oracle Data Cloud team to bring products to market and drive massive adoption. Support the sales teams through sales training, providing sales support materials and input to inform proposals.
· Responsible for product pricing strategy.
· Act as subject matter expert on the Oracle Data Cloud CPG products and support the go-to-market teams in client meetings and on client calls.
· Work w/ Marketing team to create marketing collateral that communicates the Oracle Data Cloud Value Proposition and empowers our Sales and Account Management Teams to drive the CPG products into new markets as well as into our existing client base, where appropriate.
Establish product and business metrics to measure the success of each product offering. Track and report on these metrics regularly to ensure that the value of the broader product effort is maximized through timely implementation of any needed course corrections or product adjustments
