Title: Enterprise Resource Planning, Sr Analyst



Role Overview



Enterprise Resource Planning, Sr Analyst position in Oracle practice, Dell India, primarily focusing in functional configuration and implementation of Oracle R12 Advanced Pricing , OM, Inventory and PO modules for various customers.



Plans, conducts analysis, architects, develops, tests, implements, integrates and supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application solution set and the underlying technology components as part of the corporate-wide integrated business processes. Serves as a subject knowledge expert of the system specific modules from both a technical and functional perspective. Involved in all facets of the implementation, rollout, migration, integration, upgrades, testing, performance tuning, research and development of ERP solutions in the areas of configuration, conversions, interfaces, reports, extensions and customizations.



Job Responsibilities:



· Supports the design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration and maintenance of a corporate-wide ERP system.



· Analyzes and recommends solutions and technology to achieve customers’ needs.



· Develops functional and technical detailed designs, test scenarios, implementation and conversion plans.



· Recommends and documents IT development standards, standard operating procedures and best practices for the ERP package using standard methodologies.



· Leads or participates in development projects working closely with internal customers, external customers and offshore resources.



· Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.



· Develops and executes test plans, test cases and protocols for evaluation of system performance.



· Administers the ERP package and the underlying technology components using standard or bespoke scripts and tools.



· Participates in Developing Center Of Excellence for ERP Vertical Solutions and Intellectual Properties.



· Contributes to Customer Trainings and Internal Team Trainings.



· Participates in Presales, RFP/RFI Response, Due Diligences, Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Projects etc.



· Participates in Hiring and Retention of Talent in the Practice.



· Helps to achieve Customer Delivery Excellence.



· Adheres, follows and monitors the Capability Maturity Models like CMM, CMMi, PCMM, ISO in the projects etc.



· Contributes to Project Quality Assurance.



· Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle R12 Advanced Pricing, OM, Inventory and PO modules



Requirements:



· 5+ years of functional experience on EBS SCM modules with 4 + years of experience in Advanced Pricing. Implementation experience in OM, INV and PO modules.



· Good knowledge on AIM methodology and good communication skills.



· Multiple End-to-end Implementation experience and at least two implementation/upgrade experience in R12 .



· Functional setup, configurations, documentation, gathering business requirements, providing solutions, architecting, functional design, testing, mentoring, working on proposals, helping pre-sales, training customers and internal teams



· Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment



· Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills
