Partner Account Manager

LinkedIn is seeking a gifted Partner Manager who can build trusted relationships and lead high-impact partner engagements with recruitment advertising agencies in support of our Talent Solutions business.



This exceptional individual will delight our recruitment advertising agency partners by serving as a trusted and strategic resource for all things LinkedIn.

Moreover, they will thrill our sales teams by transforming our partners into LinkedIn evangelists.



The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership, leverage, and results by working successfully with advertising agencies to drive business and engagement value. The person will join a team of talented partner account managers within LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and will be based in Paris.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead high-impact partner engagements with recruitment advertising agencies

  • Design and implement programs that transform agencies into LinkedIn evangelists

  • Serve as a trusted and strategic resource for agencies and LinkedIn sales teams

  • Develop strong relationships with executives and senior leaders at agencies



  • Organize periodic relationship meetings between LinkedIn and agency executives

  • Facilitate sales lead generation and qualification for LinkedIn sales teams



  • Effectively and tactfully resolve issues as they arise

  • Educate LinkedIn representative on how to build win-win relationships with agency partners

  • Leverage insights and data to measure our success and gather insights

  • Lead projects designed to improve team effectiveness and make the team stronger




Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • Exceptional communicator, including verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; high degree of emotional intelligence

  • Ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders at varying levels to support business goals

  • Can work as part of a team within a fast-paced, fluid, interactive environment

  • Positive, can-do spirit and passion for social media and technology

  • Ability to coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other groups

  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines

  • Creative and innovative thinker

  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills

  • High level fluency in French and English


Qualifications:


  • BS/BA required

  • 5+ years selling experience in HR Staffing industry, either as part of a recruitment advertising agency or other recruiting industry related experience.

  • 5+ years channels management experience in Web 2.0 or multi-tenant SAAS industry experience.

  • Experience in building channel partner programs for both co-sell and resell partner paradigms.

  • Strong skills with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Able to travel as needed.
