Solutions Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations

San Francisco Bay Area, US - Information Technology and Services, Internet

We are looking for a Solutions Analyst to join our global Talent Acquisition Operations team. This individual will report into the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and interact closely with various stakeholders to engage on concurrent projects of varying size, duration and complexity. This role provides interesting data focused work and requires innovative thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities include:


  • Translate business issues into questions that can be answered with data and present findings to senior leadership teams

  • Own and drive strategic projects designed to make our business processes more efficient and productive

  • Be a strategic and analytical thinker to utilize frameworks for structuring problem solving, perform analysis and develop recommendations

  • Work with talent data to identify trends and business insights

  • Design, build and automate key metrics and reports in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders

  • Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to develop solutions

  • Communicate business insights to key stakeholders and influence these teams to take action based on your recommendations

  • Support ad-hoc data requests


Basic qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, sales operations, talent analytics or HR



  • BA/BS in information technology, human resources, economics, business administration, or related field (equivalent experience may be accepted)



  • Experience with statistics and proficiency working with SQL/relational databases (Teradata/MySQL, ETL workflows)




Preferred qualifications:


  • Statistical modeling experience (R, SAS, SPSS)

  • Scripting/programming abilities (Python, PHP, Ruby)

  • Familiarity with building Excel models (VBA a plus) and crafting PowerPoint presentations

  • Attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports & analysis

  • Passion for recruiting and HR

  • Experience working in the internet industry a plus

  • Highly flexible, with the ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving organization

  • Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically

  • Passion for using data to uncover insights and drive business performance

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to visually present data insights

  • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines


Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive employee information
