So who are we looking for:
You of course as a recent graduate with a higher Business Degree from an accredited University
You are native Dutch and speak English fluently
If you speak any other languages the managers will like you even more!
Your key achievements from internships or part-time work set you apart from the “norm”
You are a team player and you are a bit of a talker (more commonly known as good communication skills!) You have exceptional organizational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritize
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
You are a result driven person & interested in being a part of a fast-paced environment
What will you be doing? Plenty, anything is possible!
You will develop strategic value propositions, gain industry knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to execute business plans.
Other tasks will include you to strategically profile companies through creative research. Identifying new companies and analyze organizational structures for our Key Account Managers. Further you will work together to develop new ideas for engagement and retention and really develop an understanding of our company and our positioning in the market.
