The Solutions team is a dynamic, global team within LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) business line. We are a team of strategic business advisors and Talent Brand experts that help our clients think like marketers, using LinkedIn’s branding and new products to help achieve their business growth goals.
We are currently seeking a Talent Brand Consultant who will advise our sales team and clients on their talent attraction strategies. This role allows you to work on a dynamic, global team, and provides an opportunity to work with our key corporate clients and numerous cross-functional teams at LinkedIn.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as Talent Brand expert and evangelist in sub-region
- Advise clients and key decision makers on Talent Brand strategy
- Drive sales of premium media and new products within territory
- Partner x-functionally on projects to grow or scale the business
- Demonstrate positive team behavior that inspires the team
- Lead scalable initiatives to promote Talent Brand sales
- Provide outstanding service and partnership to internal teams
