The Recruitment Product Consultant (RPC) serves as a key project manager for complex implementations of products, services and training for LinkedIn customers. In this role, you will work across LinkedIn expert teams and with customer talent acquisition teams to coordinate all post-sale implementation activities. In addition to being on the front lines of product and service delivery, this position will also take on special projects geared to increasing customer engagement in existing accounts, and driving adoption of new LinkedIn products within new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with LinkedIn RM Managers (who manage the regional RM teams ) and lead post-sales implementation activity for complete and timely delivery of LinkedIn products and solutions.
- Engage customer talent acquisition leadership teams post-implementation to ensure client is achieving optimal results and ROI with LinkedIn products and services.
- Utilize LinkedIn, client and other data to derive insights and use these to drive greater customer engagement with LinkedIn products. Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- On an as-needed basis, take on special projects geared to driving adoption of new LinkedIn products and services within new and existing customer accounts. Work with the Account Executive Managers to assist in limited pre-sales opportunities for the AEs on a regionally basis specifically around pilots and hold accounts.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how LinkedIn can better serve its LinkedIn customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management capability. Past experience driving project from discovery and design through delivery and completion.
- Relevant experience (3+ years) in recruiting operations, talent management and/or employment branding strategy in a technologically progressive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformation of recruiting and talent practices strategy in complex and scaled enterprises through application of technology and project management.
- Strong ability to derive insight from data and build actionable strategy based on analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude.
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required. Experience with webinar software and Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
- 4 year degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred but not required.
- 25% travel
