Brief Description
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Detailed Description
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
Job Requirements
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Candidates with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with at least four end to end implementation experience after Engineering Graduation in any discipline or MCA Degree.
• Work experience in support and upgrade projects will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with customizing Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and above applications
• Should have development experience of People Tools 8.48 and above, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, PS Query , Component Interface, Integration Broker, Application Packages, Advanced workflow engine (AWE), XML Publisher and SQR.
• Worked majorly on Data Conversions, Interfaces, Customizations and Reporting
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, personal drive and problem solving skills.
• Should have experience leading / mentoring small teams of 3-5 members.
• Very good Technical Design Capability of translating business requirements from Functional Design documents
• Good understanding with Project Life cycle for implementation and support projects
• Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.
