Responsibilities:
- Analyze talent solutions, marketing solutions, or sales solutions business health and develop deep understanding of evolving value drivers
- Identify improvement areas and surface strategic insights for talent solutions leaders
- Deliver strategic projects that derive business insight and intelligence from internal/external data
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Development, Corporate Development, International Managers and other internal groups, contributing subject matter expertise and progressing cross-functional objectives
- Create and manage operational dashboards to monitor changes in business line performance
Requirements:
- Practical business understanding with genuine passion for technology, big data, and/or entrepreneurship.
- Highly analytical: experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced Excel models. SQL a plus
- Proactive and relentless: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
- Concise communication: Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership. Powerpoint expected
Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of work experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank or technology company. Undergraduate degree in science, mathematics, engineering or any quantitative major from a top tier university is preferred.
