Marketing Programs Manager, APAC
We are looking for an experienced marketing candidate to assist with design and execution of marketing and online campaigns in conjunction with the APAC Business Development organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing multi-touch, multi-channel, integrated marketing activities to secure new prospects, and customers across APAC. The candidate will be expected to be a hands-on contributor and team player who possess marketing savvy, strategic vision, and analytical management skills. A part of the APAC Divisional team, the candidate will align value propositions, messaging, and content to appropriate buyer personas and buyer processes to ensure the most effective and efficient nurturing and development of sales opportunities.
The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history in a marketing role for a software company with responsibilities in assisting with programs that reach new customers, and expanding customer retention and revenue growth within the existing customer base. This position will report to the Senior Director of Technology Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and management of online marketing programs with the purpose of generating new sales leads for the company.
- Align marketing campaign content with required Business Development priorities
- Support and facilitate the development and execution of marketing plans.
- Track the activities of the BD teams and support the development and distribution of the marketing leads.
- Manage relationship with the Business Development organizations and communicate with them on their performance on a regular basis.
- Develop reference and sales support materials for all sales roles specific to lead generation.
- Track and manage the budgets to ensure spending is specific to lead generation programs.
- Define, measure and report key performance indicators and metrics for marketing programs.
- Help to grow our database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of online and other communications
- Working with the Divisional Marketing team, ensure product positioning is effectively communicated and reaches the appropriate target audience.
- Work with the Business Development to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required.
- Contribute to the day-to-day marketing activities from concept and research through to implementation in any territory where assistance is required.
- Collect information and data to produce consolidated monthly campaign metrics.
- Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals.
