EMEA Recruitment Coordinator

LinkedIn is looking for a highly motivated talent acquisition coordinator to join our team in here in Dublin. This person will assist the team across EMEA and also our business partners in daily tasks related to recruitment, as well as interface with candidates during the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and is able to proactively follow up on the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
• Support function for hiring managers and recruiters.
• Coordinate with and provide updates for external and internal applicants.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout our recruiting days and on-site interviews
• Contract generation
• Schedule recruitment interviews and recruiting days in collaboration with recruiters.
• Follow up with applicants in collaboration with recruiters.
• Help create and manage departmental documentation.
• Process improvement and ownership for the coordinating function
• Elements of project involvement
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and integrity and high awareness of confidentiality
• Self-starter personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient organization and time management skills
• Knowledge and passion for LinkedIn product and services
• Self motivated, accountable, reliable, and dependable
