Google's Enterprise team works to help organizations everywhere "go Google". The Enterprise Inside Sales team evangelizes Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome, to leading companies, schools and government agencies. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you reach out proactively to show these customers how Google's Enterprise Solutions can help them become more productive, mobile and collaborative. You'll maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for Google's clients.
Responsibilities
- Work jointly with sales counterparts in profiling and ranking accounts. Conduct end-to-end key account research to better grasp landscape and business drivers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with field peers, establish coverage, and engage business level and IT clients in key accounts. Develop targeted business campaign approach with solution-focused messaging.
- Implement key cold-calling techniques to generate introductory meetings with key decision makers on behalf of field account managers. Qualify leads for “authority” and “need,” “timeframe” and “budget” where available.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Google partners in line with territory coverage approach. Cross-train partners on best practices and techniques to help scale the enterprise business.
- Liaise with marketing on event and campaign execution. Assist with driving attendance, event logistics and follow-up action items.
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in sales and marketing/business development.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in sales and marketing/business development at a high-tech company.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Able to work independently but within a team environment.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
