As an Inside Sales Territory Manager at ADP you will sell our complete line of payroll and HR services to businesses in your territory. Business is generated through targeted prospecting, referrals from accounts, as well as cross-selling to existing clients. We offer an industry-leading opportunity, including:

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.

• Implementing sales strategies and call prioritization to achieve sales targets.

• Remain knowledgeable about customers ' business practices and functions and understand the relationship between ADP products/services and the appropriate needs for customers

• Network over the phone with key decision makers in a designated territory

• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to prospect targets for ADP Payroll and HR solutions

• Represent stand-alone products of genuine interest to customers

• Cross sell business outsourcing solutions to an existing client base



Experience, Skills, Academic:

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of sales experience demonstrating sales aptitude, energy, assertive closing skills with the maturity and self-confidence to work well under pressure.

• A goal oriented approach, to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas

• Certain specialties require Insurance or Financial licensing. Candidates with a great sales acumen and a sales background may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
