The Growth Team at LinkedIn is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, hands-on engineering manager to build new products and analyze user funnels to dramatically increase membership growth and engagement on LinkedIn. Growth is one of the top priorities of the company with high visibility and high SLA where you have direct impact on company metrics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of application and front-end engineers to drive innovation in full-stack product development, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will also partner with other teams across the company to support inbound product integration, and ensure a consistently awesome member experience across platforms and products.
